You can report a vendor now and under your bitcoin address in the account section it has a little n00b guide. Other than that I'm not sure.

Peak access hour connections might be improved as well tomorrow.
I could be wrong but I think the image hack is fixed.

Still can not get in image hack i dont think is fixed
